This Privacy Policy explains how personal data is processed when you use the RYNTO platform, website, management workspace, Owner Portal and Guest Portal. The service operator is RYNTO.
1. Scope
This Policy applies to website visitors, registered users, property management staff, property owners, guests, tenants, contractors and other individuals whose data is processed through RYNTO.
An organisation using RYNTO to manage its own properties and guests may independently act as the controller of that data. In those circumstances, RYNTO processes the data on behalf of the organisation to the extent required to provide the platform.
2. Information we process

- Booking and stay information, including dates, property, status, guest count, price, currency and booking source.
- Contact information relating to guests, owners, tenants, employees and service partners.
- Booking financial records, including total price, prepayments, payments, refunds, balances and payment methods. We do not store full payment card details unless expressly stated.
- Service requests, messages, notes, activity history and content submitted by users.
- Technical information, including IP address, browser, device, security logs, session information and cookies.
3. Purposes of processing
- Creating and maintaining user accounts.
- Providing property, booking, stay, finance and service-request management features.

- Sending operational notices, confirmations and support communications.
- Analysing and improving the service.
- Complying with legal obligations and protecting the rights of the operator and users.
4. Legal bases
Depending on the applicable law, processing may be necessary to perform a contract, comply with legal obligations, pursue legitimate interests, protect the platform or act on the basis of consent.
Where processing relies on consent, consent may be withdrawn. Withdrawal does not affect processing already lawfully carried out.
5. Roles of organisations and RYNTO
For account, security, billing and service-operation data, RYNTO may act as an independent controller.
For guest, owner and property information entered by a customer organisation, that organisation will ordinarily determine the purposes of processing, while RYNTO provides the technical platform as a processor or service provider.
6. Sharing information
We may provide information to infrastructure, hosting, email, monitoring, support, payment and other technical providers only to the extent required to operate the service.
Information may also be disclosed in response to lawful requests, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a corporate transaction.
We do not sell personal data.
7. International transfers
RYNTO is an international platform. Information may be processed in countries other than the country in which the user is located.
Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, we use available lawful transfer mechanisms, contractual protections and organisational measures.
8. Retention
We retain information only for as long as necessary to provide the service, meet contractual and legal obligations, resolve disputes and maintain security.
Retention depends on the type of information, customer settings and applicable requirements. Backups may remain available for a limited additional period.
9. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including access controls, tenant isolation, protected authentication, logging and backups.
No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. Users must protect their passwords and must not share access with unauthorised persons.

We may provide additional notice to registered users where changes are material.
